Corporate Wellness

Workplace Wellness Programs That Actually Address Sitting

Most workplace wellness programs focus on fitness, nutrition, or mental health; but ignore the 8 to 10 hours employees spend sitting every day. NAAS fills that gap with structured, evidence informed programming specifically designed to reduce sedentary behavior in workplace environments.

Common Questions

Questions About NAAS Programs

Below are the most common questions we receive about NAAS programs. Don't see yours? Reach out and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

Are NAAS programs available virtually?

Yes. All NAAS programs and workshops are available in both virtual and in-person formats. We work with organizations across the country regardless of location.

How long does a typical workplace wellness program run?

Foundation programs are ongoing annual partnerships. Standard and Premium programs typically include a 90-day implementation phase followed by ongoing support and quarterly check-ins.

Do you work with small businesses or only large organizations?

We work with organizations of all sizes — from small teams of 10 to large enterprises. Our Foundation tier is specifically designed to be accessible for smaller organizations.

Is NAAS programming covered by wellness stipends or HSA/FSA funds?

Some organizations use wellness stipends or corporate wellness budgets to fund NAAS programs. We're happy to provide documentation to support reimbursement requests. HSA/FSA eligibility depends on individual plan terms.

How is NAAS different from other workplace wellness programs?

Most workplace wellness programs focus on fitness, nutrition, or mental health,  but don't specifically address prolonged sitting. NAAS is the only nonprofit specifically focused on sedentary behavior reduction as a standalone public-health issue, with programming grounded in movement science and behavioral health research.
